Shipping within the United States
Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take additional time to prepare. In that instance, you will be contacted directly via email or phone. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
In the event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified when you add the item to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.
Shipping to locations outside of the United States

- Calculation: Shipping costs are determined by weight, destination and selected shipping method.
- Time:
- *International First Class Mail is estimated to take 10 - 21 business days from the date of shipment.
- *International Priority Mail is estimated to take 6 - 9 business days from the date of shipment.
- *Shipping times are based on information provided by the United States Postal Service. Estimated time does NOT included time in customs nor transit time in destination. International First Class Mail does not provide tracking number, delivery confirmation nor insurance.
- If you require a faster delivery time, please contact us prior to purchasing for ordering and shipping arrangements.
Please note:
All items are carefully packed to prevent breakage. However, if such occurs, please photograph and keep all contents, including packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us at within 5 business days of package arrival for further instructions.
(International orders) Customers are responsible for any applicable V.A.T., G.S.T., customs taxes or tariffs assessed in their home country.
