Shipping USA

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take additional time to prepare. In that instance, you will be contacted directly via email or phone. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

In the event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified when you add the item to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.

Shipping Worldwide

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are determined by weight, destination and selected shipping method.
  • Time:
  • *International First Class Mail is estimated to take 10 - 21 business days from the date of shipment.
  • *International Priority Mail is estimated to take 6 - 9 business days from the date of shipment.
  • *Shipping times are based on information provided by the United States Postal Service. Estimated time does NOT included time in customs nor transit time in destination. International First Class Mail does not provide tracking number, delivery confirmation nor insurance.
  • If you require a faster delivery time, please contact us prior to purchasing for ordering and shipping arrangements.

Please note:

All items are carefully packed to prevent breakage. However, if such occurs, please photograph and keep all contents, including packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us at within 5 business days of package arrival for further instructions.

(International orders) Customers are responsible for any applicable V.A.T., G.S.T., customs taxes or tariffs assessed in their home country.

Artisanal Being is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not picked up, packages lost during transit if provided shipping/delivery address information is incorrect or there are international customs issues. 

 

Returns

We hope you love your selections as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Artisanal Being does not accept returns on the following items: bath and body products, candles, or final sale items.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
